At Naturopathic Medicine of Idaho, we choose to put all of our time and resources into providing you with the best care possible. In order to do that, we do not bill insurance on your behalf. All visits have a defined cash pay price as listed below.
Payment is due at the time of scheduling for all New Patients and at the time of service for established patients.
For families of two or more, we offer a 10% discount on each visit.

Welcome to our community!
The New Patient visit is all about you and understanding your current and past health concerns. We discuss your health goals and make a personalized treatment plan to support you as you begin your journey toward optimal health.
Payment is due at the time of booking.
Adult 90 minute visit: $380
Child 60 minute visit: $330

Follow Up Visit
30-minute follow-up is a focused visit where we evaluate progress regarding a specific concern. This includes reviewing previous treatment plan and recommendations.

Extended Follow Up
Extended follow-up visits are required when there are lab results to discuss, significant changes to treatment plan, new concerns arise, or there are questions you want to discuss .These types of visits are generally 45-60 minutes in length.

For clarification on recommendations, a new prescription or prescription change, a brief question regarding your care or paperwork to be filled out by Doctor.

Well Child Visit
We offer a well child visit that is centered on creating a robust plan for lifelong wellness. Our goal is to support you as parents, as you strive to be proactive advocates for your child’s health. We are here to listen to your concerns and give you our best resources to ensure a healthy future for your child.

Sports Physical
A 30 minute overall health check to assess ability to participate in any physical activity. A check on bone health, flexibility, internal health, plus provide tools necessary to ensure success in the activity of choice.

Vaccine consult
Vaccines are an important tool in preventing debilitating disease. However, we know from experience that it can feel overwhelming as a parent to understand the recommended vaccine schedule. Let’s discuss all of your questions and empower you to make informed decisions about your child’s vaccines. 45 minute appointment.

Extended Services
Non face to face services provided by our doctor, such as extensive record reviews, completion of forms or coordination of care. Established patients will be invoiced through the portal.

We accept all major credit cards, HSA/FSA funds, debit cards, and checks
Although we do not bill insurance for you, we will happily provide you with all necessary insurance documents for you to submit to your provider.
Reimbursement for your visit is dependent on your insurance plan.

New Appointment Cancellation Policy
4 Business Days before your scheduled appointment you will be reimbursed 100%.
3 Business Days or less before your scheduled appointment you will be reimbursed 50% of your booking fee.
If you cancel the day of your appointment or are a No Show you will not be reimbursed.
Follow Up Cancellation Policy
If you cancel 2 Business Days before your scheduled appointment there will be no charge.
If you cancel 2 Business Days or less before your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the appointment fee.
If you cancel the day of your appointment or are a No Show you will be charged the full appointment fee.
